We regret to inform you that if a package is refused by customs and returned to SKIN1004, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or reshipment.
This is because the order was successfully shipped and fulfilled on our end, but delivery could not be completed due to customs-related circumstances in the destination country and/or circumstances attributable to the customer. In such cases, SKIN1004 cannot be held responsible for the customs refusal.
However, if the customer has paid the required customs duties or fees correctly through the proper channels, yet the delivery still could not be completed, we will be happy to review the case and assist you further.

However, circumstances beyond our control, including adverse weather conditions, service disruption, customs duties, local customs procedures, and inspections, may cause delivery delays or interruptions. SKIN1004 cannot be held responsible or liable for such instances.
Please note that the quantity, volume, or size of a package may sometimes cause delivery delays due to events or conditions within the shipping company.
SHIPPING ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY
If customers provide an incorrect shipping address, we cannot pack or ship their package. Packages sent to an invalid or incorrect address may not be received, could be lost, may incur additional shipping fees, or result in delivery delays.
Customers are therefore fully responsible for providing accurate shipping information when creating an order, and refunds cannot be issued for issues arising from incorrect address information. If customers wish to receive the items, they must place a new order.
